This is a case that will make you hopping mad, seriously. This is a case, of which there are frustratingly too many out there, of system failure. That system being the justice system and how that system failed Renae Louise Wicklund, her daughter Shannah, and her neighbor, Barbara Hendrickson by allowing a monster to roam free. That monster was Charles Rodman Campbell.
